Selected social media channel: Instagram
I am currently the solo social media marketing manager for our capstone project called Monkey Mondays. This includes planning out content weeks in advance, providing variety but sticking true to satisfying our audience, writing playful yet informative captions, collecting content and progress from the rest of the team as well as putting together my own works, expertly contributing to the style established, and editing videos to post since they garner the most reach and engagement. I do plan on expanding to other social media platforms, but I currently don’t have the proper amount of time to commit to a new channel because of my studies.

1. Reach a total of 70 followers by the Monkey Mondays Premiere (May 16th/17th)
This goal is currently in progress but I certainly need to do some outreach and more incentives for reposting and sharing to get there.
2. Post consistently (twice a week, on the same days) for the first five months of the 2026 year
Even though the five month period isn’t up yet, I can admit that I have missed a few days just due to my workload. However that doesn’t stop me from striving to achieve consistency because I know that is the easiest and most recognizable way to grow your brand.
3. Use a social media content planning site every two months to effectively diversify work and stay on track I have done a great job at sticking to this and don’t plan on changing anytime soon. I usually start by dumping a whole bunch of potential ideas into the Buffer ideas section and start weeding out what’s feasible, what will take up a lot of time, what is a good back up post, what day I will post something, etc.
